If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables.

  Attach Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
